Since its founding by Samuel Koberlein in 1960, Koberlein, Inc., now doing business as Koberlein Environmental Services, has remained focused on one basic philosophy, provide exceptional value to every one of its customers.
Over the years, our consistent goal has been for our customers to feel that the product or service purchased from Koberlein was well worth what our customer paid for it.
In practical terms, providing “exceptional value” today has several core components.
First and foremost, Koberlein Environmental is committed to doing the job right the first time, every time. When we arrive at your location, we have the expertise, tools and equipment necessary to get the job done in one trip.
Second, we strive to provide our products and services as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. Whether you are a business or a home owner, we know that your time is valuable and we act accordingly. We show up as scheduled and pursue the completion of our work in a timely manner.
Third, we provide the products and services that you need, nothing more, nothing less. Since our service professionals are trained and experienced, they bring their individual and our company’s collective experiences with them to each job.
Accordingly, our technicians, office staff and managers know how to assess and fix your system’s problems or how to best meet you service needs.
We diagnose small problems before they become big problems. We also often make suggestions on how you might save money on future service calls or how to take seemingly small steps now in order to protect the value of your wastewater system in the long term.
We don’t try to sell you products or services that you don’t need.
Finally and most importantly, we practice the golden rule; we treat others as we’d like to be treated. We are a local company. Our customers are our friends, neighbors, and business associates. We value long term relationships. Our commitment to fair business practices provides direction to our daily operations.
Due in large part to word of mouth referrals and the resulting development of a reputation for reliability, Koberlein Environmental has expanded its service lines and grown to be Northeastern Pennsylvania’s largest provider of non-hazardous wastewater management services since its founding over forty-five years ago.
Our people, and their commitment to providing exceptional value to our customers, are the reasons for our success.
