Chris Ravenscroft – President & CEO

Chris’ experience in the industry spans over twenty years and a number of states including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas and Pennsylvania.  As President and CEO of Koberlein Environmental Services, Chris directs financial and corporate  transactions, strategic planning, and sales and marketing.

Gary Sprague – General Manager

With experience in the septic business of over 30 years, Gary serves as General Manager As the previous 17 year owner of Koberlen Environmental Services, he has hands-on knowledge of the various types of on site systems located in Pennsylvania and New York.  His responsibilities include: costing projects, purchasing, oversight of operations, customer service and customer relations.

Gene Mohrmann – Operations Manager

Gene has been with Koberlein for over 20 years.  Serving in the capacity of Operations Manager, he oversees the scheduling of the pumping, construction, oil field, and pump service lines.  Gene coordinates the company’s men and equipment and is responsible for putting the right person, with the right equipment, at each of Koberlein’s scheduled service appointments.

Mike Sprague – Pump Services Manager

Having “grown up” in the company, Mike’s 15 years of hands on experience has prepared him to manage the Pump Repair service line with the Company.  Whether an effluent pump or more complex lift station repair/construction project, Mike and Koberlein’s pump technicians offer complete pump sales, repair and installation services, 24/7.

Dolores Leopardi – Office Manager

As Koberlein’s Office Manager, Dolores is responsible for our staff that provides administrative support to Koberlein’s operations.  With a background in finance administration, and with over 10 years with Koberlein, Dolores is well qualified to supervise the company’s accounting functions.  She also plays a central role in managing the company’s insurance, HR, sales/marketing, and front office interactions with customers.

Bruce Thompson – Construction Manager

With more than 20 years of septic experience, and a System Inspector certified by the Pennsylvania Septic Management Association, Bruce is responsible for managing the estimates, design and installation of the various on-site systems and system components offered by the Company.  Bruce’s section of the Company also provides the line replacement/repair work often required when a complete system replacement is not necessary.
